The service

Be-FoRCE helps people discover and register for swimming competitions in Indonesia, and helps event organizers manage meets — including setup, documents, registration handling, live results, records, and certificates. Features may evolve as the platform develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Accounts and roles

Be-FoRCE supports four account types: admin, teams (clubs), event organizers (EO), and individual users. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
• Accept that some account types require administrative approval before full access.
• Use the platform only under the role and permissions assigned to your account.

Registration and competitions

• Competition entries may be submitted through the platform or through offline processes chosen by the event organizer.
• Event organizers control registration windows, fees, and acceptance of entries.
• Each meet’s own rules and the organizer’s decisions apply in addition to these terms.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of entries and athlete information you submit.

Payments and invoices

Fees for competitions or services are as quoted at the time of purchase or on the relevant invoice. Where applicable, Be-FoRCE may issue invoices and payment references (including QR codes) and accept payment proofs for verification. Taxes, refunds, and payment handling are governed by the specific offer or invoice and applicable law.

Content and intellectual property

Content you submit — including bios, logos, branding, and documents — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service (for example, producing results, certificates, and meet materials). Be-FoRCE’s platform, name, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Falsify entries, results, records, certificates, or payment materials.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse automated access (scraping) beyond reasonable personal use.
• Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights.

Certificates, records, and results

Certificates, records, and results generated on Be-FoRCE are produced from platform data submitted or confirmed by organizers and participants. Official recognition of times, records, or awards is at the discretion of the relevant event organizer, federation, or governing body. We do not warrant that any mark will be ratified or recognized.

Third-party services

The platform relies on third-party services including Google Cloud Storage (file storage), Zeptomail (email delivery), and payment channels used by organizers or the platform. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to those services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Be-FoRCE and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the applicable service, if any.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for others. You may stop using the platform at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
